By entering the St. Patrick's Day Parade Organization of Surfside Beach, TX's 2027 annual art contest, you grant the St. Patrick's Day Parade Organization of Surfside Beach, TX, irrevocable, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute images for promotional and educational purposes.

Please submit your artwork no later than 5:00 PM, Monday, 30 November 2026.

  • Artists must submit their artwork by email to Dee Hallahan.
  • This contest allows only one (1) entry per person.
  • Artwork must be original and hand-drawn (no clipart and no AI (artificial intelligence) created renderings).
  • Art must have an Irish theme.
  • Submittals must include entrant's name, address, and phone number in the accompanying email.
    • If artist is a minor, submittals must include parental/guardian consent to enter this contest. 
  • Art must not include any words or numbers or references to alcohol, tobacco, or political items.
  • Artwork must be family friendly.
  • Artist must reside in the continental 48 United States.
  • Original artwork will remain the property of the St. Patrick's Day Parade Organization of Surfside Beach, a 501(C)(4) entity.
  • Violation of these rules may cause rejection of artwork.
